Join Caryn, St. Louis's onw VEG GIRL! Class will be broadcasted from the nation's first plant-based nutrition and culinary education center- the Center for Plant-based Living. Participants will cook along with Caryn via Zoom. Plant based breakfast, lunch and dinner will be demonstrated.
