This workshop will explore the meaning of patient active survivorship and
address the emotional, physical, spiritual, and practical aspects of reclaiming
your wellness. Participants will leave with a personalized wellness plan and
experience a small wellness practice. This session is facilitated by Karen Banks,
M.Ed., LPC, and registered yoga instructor. Patients in any stage of survivorship
and caregivers are welcome.
