Young adulthood is supposed to be about growing and building your own life as an independent person, right?
How do you continue moving forward when cancer tries to keep you still? This session will involve a brief summary of
young adult developmental theory with a facilitated discussion of how attendees have found ways to continue moving
forward in spite of cancer. Attendees will have the opportunity to solicit ideas and suggestions from peers on ways to
overcome any obstacles cancer has put in their way and keep moving forward.
