Art for Well-Being

Art for Well-Being instructor Maria Ojascastro will teach you how the visual arts can be used as an expressive tool to process life challenges.

• June Session - Draw, Cut and Collage: Participants will turn colors, words, and images

 

Materials:

  • Scissors
  • Glue sticks
  • Post-it notes (1x1" or 2x2")
  • Computer paper and watercolor paper
  • Pencil and eraser
  • Colored pencils
  • Magazines
  • Nickel or penny

Maria will also provide patterned and textured papers for live participants.
