This retreat offers anyone impacted by cancer an opportunity to refresh their mind, body, and spirit, while finding opportunities to improve their self-care behaviors.

Three Special Breakout sessions include:

-A nutritious cooking demonstration and meal

-A simple, gentle movement practice modifiable for all bodies and abilities

-Stress management ideas and practices to incorporate at home.

Kids and teens groups will also be provided.
