Self-Compassion is an important practice that increases our resillience and happiness and can help us better navigate the ups and downs of life. Whether you are a cancer survivor, caregiver or in the midst of grieving, taking care of yourself physically and mentally is essential to an increased quality of life. No act of self-compassion is too small! Please join us for an evening of disscussion, sharing, and experiential practice.
