It is common to feel alone or confused about the next steps once treatment ends. The Cancer Transitions: Moving Beyond Treatment® program is a workshop that addresses many of the physical, social, and practical issues survivors may face as they transition into post-treatment cancer survivorship. Discuss managing follow up care, ongoing communication with your healthcare team, practical matters related to management of long-term side effects, and ongoing health risks and screenings.
