This retreat offers anyone impacted by cancer an opportunity to refresh their mind, body, and spirit, while finding opportunities to improve their self-care behaviors.

Three Special Breakout sessions include:

-A nutrition demonstration and meal

-A gentle movement practice for all bodies and abilities

-A mindful healing arts practice

Kids and teens groups will also be provided.
