This workshop is an overview of the history and beginning of Reiki, (ray~key), in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui, which promotes healings.

The gentle energetic approach of Reiki and the healing effects of the physical, mind, and spiritual that bring deep relaxation, and the releasing of unwanted energies that help provide when one is experiencing conditions of all types, will be one of important aspects discussed of this alternative, and holistic complementary technique.
