When you hear the words ‘You have cancer,’ you have entered the greatest
race of your life. This group is for those wanting to meet with others that
have a connection to cancer. This social meeting was started by Teri Griege
with the purpose to empower, be positive and have HOPE- How Ordinary
People Endure. We will have dinner and a guest speaker each month.

Learn to relax and stay in the moment using mindfulness meditations. Each session will include information, strategies for integrating mindfulness into your day, and a practice. Open to anyone affected by cancer (patients, family and friends, bereaved).
