This is a monthly group for adults between the ages of 18 and 40-ish to
find support and community when navigating through a cancer diagnosis and survivorship. Sessions are open for discussion, questions, and community building.

Gentle Yoga with Kate Walsh

Through rhythmic breathing, gentle stretching and mental focus, participants can learn to ease physical and emotional tension. These classes are for any of our members at any level of performance and physical condition.
